Do you provide installation service?We do not offer an installation service.You will have to install the purchased products yourself or hire someone. However, to help you install your molding kit, we offer an explanatory video here Installation Guide | Custom Standard. This video will train you on the proper way to install your kit in a few easy steps. If you ever have any questions, call us and we will be happy to help you.

Do you have a product satisfaction guarantee?We have confidence in our products so we guarantee their quality. We carry out a rigorous quality control of the products before the dispatch of the order to avoid a possible return of the goods for manufacturing defect. Upon delivery of the order, our delivery person checks and validates the contents of the order with the customer, ensuring that there has been no mistake and no breakage during transport. Following which, the two parties will sign the invoice, certifying that everything has been delivered, and this under the expected conditions. As for exterior siding products that we do not manufacture, but that we distribute, these will be sold with the warranties provided by the manufacturer.

Does the hardware needed for installation come automatically with the kit ordered?We have a selection of complementary and necessary installation products here in Hardware | Custom Standard | Quebec on our shop page that you can add to your order. When you enter your information for the kit creation, a message will suggest the necessary quantity of caulking and fasteners that you will need to install your kit. So you can add everything to your cart and have everything you need for installation.

What is the approximate delivery time for receiving my order?We allow a delay of 2 to 7 working days for the delivery of the goods.

Is it possible to return the molding kit?We perform a rigorous quality check on the order before shipping to ensure that it is free from manufacturing defects and that the measurements match those on the order form. Upon delivery, our delivery person checks and validates the contents of the order with the customer, ensuring that there have been no errors or breakages during transport. If it was an error on our part, we will repair or replace the product and pay the return postage for you. However, if it is an error in the taking of information / measurements on your part, it will unfortunately not be possible to return or refund the order.
